Ecosse Spirit ES1
The Ecosse Spirit is built for the track. Its light weight body architecture, powerful 1L4 race engine and nominal drag coefficient equates to serious speed. Manufactured as a limited edition concept model in 2010, the ES1 generates 200 HP and a top speed of 370 kph – that’s 67 kph more than Canadian Superbike champ, Jordan Szoke’s BMW S1000RR! If you fancy that kind of performance, expect to dig deep in your pocket as one of 10 existing ESI prototypes recently sold for a cool $3.6 million!
Captain America Harley Davidson Panhead
The 1969 Captain America Harley Davidson Panhead’s claim to fame is its Hollywood provenance. It featured in the hit movie Easy Rider, was ridden by the legendary Peter Fonda and customised by fellow actor, Dan Haggerty. The bike is the only authentic chopper to have survived from the movie and sports high handlebars, copious amounts of chrome and the flagship star spangled banner. In 2014 the iconic Captain America motor cycle sold for $1.35 million at auction.

Cyclone OHC V-Twin
With a proven pedigree as a board track racing speedster, the 1915 Cyclone is one of only a few motorcycles to be manufactured by the Joerns Motor Manufacturing Company. The 996cc V-Twin overhead cam 45 HP engine can reach 185 kph, a top speed previously unheard of in the early 20th century. To add even more bang for the buck, this particular vintage Cyclone was restored for actor Steve McQueen by the author of the American Racer series of books, Stephen Wright. You too can be the proud owner of ‘one of the most advanced motorcycles built in America at the time,’ for just $852 000!
BTR 3 Goldammer
Designed and built by three times World Champion bike builder Roger Goldammer, the BTR 3 is a priceless addition to our super bikes for the super rich. The Canadian is known and loved for producing powerful custom bikes in unique and out of the box styles. With low slung handlebars, a U in the base of the frame, under-slug engine and narrow tyres, the BTR 3 has the look and feel of an early board track racer but with a definitive modern twist. It’s bold, beautiful and built in Canada but the BTR 3 – and most of Goldammer’s sensational creations – is currently not for sale!
Harley Davidson Cosmic Starship
Clad in the iconic yellow on red favoured by American cosmic extensionalist Jack Armstrong, the Cosmic Starship is more a work of art than a motorcycle. It’s one of two vehicles decorated by a man Andy Warhol referred to as the ‘Last Wizard’ of the art world. Firmly anti-establishment and with a contentious personal history, Armstrong sold the bike for $3 million in 2012… and, with only exactly 100 original Armstrong arts works out there for all time, the Cosmic Starship is destined to soar in value over time.
